Our Story

Born from a love of great coffee and a quiet stretch of road in Kingston

Over the Moon Coffee Roasters started with a simple belief: that the best coffee shouldn't require a trip into the city. We set up shop along State Highway 104 with a small roaster, a dream, and an obsession with getting every batch just right.

Today, we're still roasting in small batches right here in Kingston. Every morning, our team hand-selects green beans, monitors the roast curve, and packages everything with the same care we'd give a gift for someone we love.

Whether you stop in for a quick espresso on your way to work or stay for a long conversation with a pour-over, this is your space. Your neighborhood roastery.

The Roasting Process

From green bean to your cup

We control every step of the roast, right here in our Kingston roastery, so you get coffee at its absolute peak.

We partner with farms in Ethiopia, Colombia, Guatemala, and beyond, choosing only specialty-grade green beans.

Roast

Small batches on our drum roaster. We track temperature curves to bring out each bean's unique character.

Rest

Coffee needs time to degas. We let each batch rest before packaging so the flavors stabilize and shine.

Serve

Whether you grab a bag to take home or sip here, you're getting coffee roasted days — not months — ago.
